Excited to create your account and launch your campaign(s)! Before we can get into the fun stuff, please help fill out the below onboarding form. This will help us setup your account and better prepare for our onboarding call!

The form should take 30-40 minutes to fill out. Make sure to set aside time to fill out this form completely. Answers will not be saved if you do not submit the form and move away from the window.

If you have multiple locations, please submit 1 onboarding form for each location.

Before completing the onboarding form below please make sure you have the following items below ready to input in the form.

Pre-Onboarding Checklist: (Must have this ready before starting the Onboarding Form)

1. Please create a Google Drive folder containing your business logo, branding assets, and other necessary files ready. Ensure it is set to "Anyone with the link can view" is enabled on the link.
2. Name the Google Drive Folder: BUSINESS NAME_CITY_STATE, ie Bella Medspa_Denver, CO
3. Film a short video of a walkthrough of your office and upload the video to the Google Drive folder mentioned above..
4. Add a new CNAME DNS record on your website domain. Make sure to have cname record/host name "links" pointing to "brand.ludicrous.cloud".  If you do not know how to do this, you can skip.
5. Add a new  TXT DNS record on your website domain.  Make sure to have TXT record/host name "_DMARC " point to "v=DMARC1; p=none;". If you do not know how to do this, you can skip.
